BACKGROUND

Suntory 果瀑茶 (China) worked on an online campaign during its product launch period. However, survey results of the campaign have shown that 90% of customers discovered 果瀑茶 in convenience stores.

Based on this key insight, our team was tasked to showcase how we can connect users from offline to online through digital engagement - Gamification.

INSIGHT

The Covid19 pandemic situation has been really stressful and people have been physically and socially distancing themselves from each other.

果瀑茶 wants to bring people back together again through fun and bring alive the spirit of overcoming all obstacles together.

Inspired by 果瀑茶’s ingredients: Dual Fruit Flavours,

we want to bring alive the concept of
